Pope Construction is a full-service construction and contracting firm with more than four decades of experience in Wyoming.

Founded in 1983 by Greg Pope, we have built the company into an industry leader based on the quality and value of our services.

Our projects have included a wide variety of building types including pre-engineered metal buildings, precast concrete, masonry, framed construction and modular. We work on projects ranging from basic infrastructure, such as water treatment plants, to schools, retail, office, warehouses and high tech hospitals.

As lifelong residents of Casper, Wyoming, Pope Construction takes pride in our work and our customer relationships. We produce the very best because we see our customers on the streets every day, and we live with the results of our endeavors.

Pope Construction is committed to providing a superior building experience by developing strong client relationships, understanding the needs of our clients and creating the kind of hometown trust you expect in a Wyoming-owned company.

We bring to your project:

  • A great team of available local workers;
  • A reputation for honesty, integrity and quality;
  • Proven experience in the CMAR method with a track record of accurate estimates and projects completed on time and under budget.

Pope Construction assists clients at every stage in the building process—from site selection and pre-construction services to construction services, management and design-build.

We have worked on hundreds of projects throughout the state, which makes us uniquely qualified to handle the specific challenges of building in the local climate and elements.

Each project is unique, and we are dedicated to facilitating our client’s vision and needs including financial needs and timeline.

Pre-construction is an investment that will ensure the success of any project. This process allows us to assist our clients in achieving their design and budget goals. We offer the following:
  • Estimates

  • Bid Packages/Procurement
  • Preparation of Guaranteed Maximum Price

Pope Construction specializes in effective management of the planning, design and construction of a project from concept to completion. We are experts at managing projects to maintain control over the schedule, cost and quality of your project.

Once the actual construction starts the Construction Phase services begin. There are many key elements to managing construction including:

  • Day-to-day management of on-site construction activities
  • Schedule management
  • Cost control and financial management
  • Weekly communication meetings
  • Document management
  • Safety
  • Quality control
  • Warranty

Design-Build is an excellent way for an owner to get exactly what they want by placing the contractor, the architect, and the owner on the same team at the very beginning of a project. We have teamed up with several architects on Design-Build projects throughout the great state of Wyoming. It’s an effective way to minimize risk, save cost, and eliminate problems in the field.
